House of Lynen provides pickup and delivery service throughout Broward County, Florida. Requests outside the service area may be declined or accommodated at our discretion.

TERMS OF SERVICE
The terms that guide every House of Lynen collection, care, and delivery.
Scheduling and Confirmation
A pickup request is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation text from House of Lynen. We will always confirm your pickup window before collection.
Turnaround
Standard turnaround is 24 to 48 hours from collection. Turnaround may extend during holidays, high volume periods, or for specialty care items.
Care and Preferences
Items are cared for according to the preferences on file and the care labels provided. Please notify us of delicate, specialty, or valuable items in advance.
Liability
While every item is handled with care, House of Lynen is not responsible for damage resulting from missing or inaccurate care labels, pre existing wear, or items left in pockets.
Lost or Damaged Items
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Verified claims are addressed on a case by case basis and may be limited to a reasonable replacement value.
Payment
Per pound and specialty service charges are billed after your order has been weighed and completed. Membership fees are billed according to the selected plan.
