Membership allowances are based on weekly scheduled service. Laundry exceeding the included weekly allowance is cared for at the preferred member rate of $2.50 per additional pound. Membership details and preferences are confirmed during enrollment.

Every member receives a personalized laundry profile, kept on file and considered with each collection. Preferences are honored, quietly and consistently, so your laundry always feels tailored to you.

Memberships may be temporarily paused for travel or extended time away from home. Approved travel pauses may be requested for a minimum of 7 consecutive days, with up to 30 paused days available per membership year. We kindly request at least 5 days’ notice when possible. For commitment memberships, the membership term will be extended by the length of the approved pause.
During an approved travel pause, scheduled laundry collections and membership benefits are temporarily suspended. Travel pauses must cover a full scheduled service period. Partial-week credits are not provided.
Membership allowances are reserved for each scheduled service period and do not roll over. Missed pickups that are not part of an approved travel pause are not eligible for credits or future service allowances.
Approved travel pauses do not reduce the membership commitment period. The membership term will be extended by the length of the approved pause.

Pickup schedule changes may be requested based on availability. We recommend contacting House of Lynen as early as possible so we can thoughtfully accommodate your schedule.
